Plan ahead to take part in Michigan’s 2nd Annual Bushwacker Challenge 150

When: May 16 – 21, 2009
What: 2nd annual Bushwhacker Challenge, 150 miles of expedition style paddling.
There is also a 10 mile sprint and a 40 mile cruise if the 150 is not your cup of tea
Where: The race is a closed circuit loop. 85 miles on the Pine River and 65 miles on the Chippewa River. The 65 miles on the Chippewa are all up river. Plus there is a 7 mile portage to get back to the Pine River.
Why: All proceeds go to the Verlen Kruger Memorial
